If your item is made to order please allow 4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. You will receive confirmation via email once posted.

All UK orders are sent First Class Signed For.

International shipping

All International orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and should arrive in 1-2 weeks. The customer is responsible for any customs charges.

RETURNS

Returns/Refunds

Please email alice@alicemorellevans.com if you are unhappy with your item.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned unworn and in the same saleable condition.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Loans

For all loans please email alice@alicemorellevans.com with the piece you would like to request, details of the loan and the dates the pieces can be collected from our studio.
